When do flower start forming buds

I was just wondering when the flower turn to buds. 4 weeks into flowering and I have alot of flowers but that all they look like don't they start to fruit soon. Bizzy

the flower's are the bud's,if youv'e only been flowering for 4 week's then thay should be ready in another 4-5 week's.
