I'm sad for you. I loves me some oatmeal for breakfast or lunch. Doesn't take much to fill you up and that shit sticks to your ribs all day. Good stuff to eat if you have a long hard day ahead of you. It'll fill you up, but not make you sick later when you're sweating it up (like bacon and eggs).
