ok i think ive got the best munch possible

a LARGE bowl of plain oats....add the milk (LOADS) then add 2-3 LARGE spoonfulls of honey, then add 2-3 LARGE spoonfulls of jam (add the honey and jam after you heat the oats up of course) then also add a fucking buttload of peanut butter.,...

you end up with this warm filling goop that taste like straberry honey and penut butter.......pure fucking heaven:thumbsup:

i like small chunks of apple in mine with some cinnamon(sp?) and various other spices...
add some pure maple when its done cooking, and im straight.:thumbsup:

Ahhh, talking about macdonalds... try chips dipped in mcflurry... sounds horrible but the salt on the chips goes perfectly with the sweetness of the vannilla ice cream lol
