just recently when im stoned i gt real paranoid n it wont go away! ive neva bn this pranoid stoned b4 n its every time im stoned now. like yesterday i went 2 visit my m8 in this mental institute n i freaked out hard when the security dude asked me if i had ne 'illegal substances' on me which i did. i freaked n had 2 runback 2 the car. now im frekd that my parents will snap cuz im stoned now. help!

Paranoia is a documented side effect of Cannabis intoxication. 2 choices. 1) Quit smoking 2) learn to recognize the physical effects, trembleing, increased heart rate, sweating, and will your self to not freak. Once you can follow the process it is easier to control it. Oh yes by the way if the paranoia ever hits you square out of the blue? take it as a warning and make some IMMIDIATE changes. lol staring outa cop when ur blazed. sometimes I like it when I get paranoid cuz I get really tactical n shit. it feels dangerous I sometimes get a little rush if u get what I mean. But yeah, sometimes it sucks if u really are gonna get busted
