How long does it take for plant to re-veggetate?

I cut my crop recently, leaving only the middle stem intack. After cutting it down, I put these plants under 24/7 light schedule to induce vegetation stage so the leaves may be used for cloning. So, my question, how long do I have to wait until the new-grown stems can be used for cloning?

First it has to change back to veg growth. So maybe 3 weeks for that, then a bunch more time to put on enough new growth tips to clone from.
You're going to want to let them get to a few nodes and pinch, repeat until you have a nice bushy...um... bush to work with.
Aren't you tired of touching yourself by now?
