So i heard the most retarded thing come out a cops mouth last night Well first off my brother whom is 16 was at his friends apartment with some other people, chillin smokin weed, yanno the ususal when from what i heard the story as, the cops come banging on the door, they werent playing loud music or having a huge party or anything, so the cops get inside and there is beer cans everywhere inside (they werent drinking, the owners just never clean) and to make a long story short they broke my brothers pipe (glass) and his bong (plastic) with there nightstick...
