I've never heard of that before...Would be cool as hell if there was an international thing for "i need/have weed" though. Imagine that...walkin' around town doing a certain motion over and over again and within' 30-60min someone will pick up and hook you up.

The pant leg thing is basically just kids imitating LL Cool J, who has a tattoo on his calf, and he rolls his pant leg up to show it off. Kids thought it was trendy, so they did it too.
