    Which would b best?

ok...now tha optimal lumens for one plant is 10k lumens right? I have 2 floro fixtures(4 bulbs total) and tha total output is a lil over 13k lumens.....so would it b better to jus plant 2 or 3(2 ensure gettin atleast one female) and grow jus that one under tha lights, or plant like 6 or so, and try to get a few females? which would b best wit tha best overall yield?(and plan to do sum LST this go around) my first one i planted 7(5 female) under jus one floro fixture(bout 6600 Lumens) and they grew to a decent size and budded decently, considering bein my first time and wit such low output lights..i ended up wit about 6-8g on each plant...but now i have two fixtures, therefore more light-lumens....ne help or suggestions wanted and welcome...thnx

I would go ahead and start six plants, but only plan to keep one, the best biggest one, and this should really ensure that you get a female. As the chosen plant grows, use two bulbs on the lower branches and two for the top. Some people can get quite a large yield from one healthy, robust plant, and for that I do believe that you'll need all the bulbs for the same plant.
