Will A ciggerrete filter really filter out THC?

does bong water smell/taste like weed? no, it filters out nothing, if you blaze through a filter i am pretty certain it takes something form it, i did it once and it was shite but try it and then rip up your filter and smell it.

The idea of a bong is to cool the smoke, and filter the some of the tar, WITHOUT filtering the THC, which it doesnt, because THC isnt soluable in water.
