first time growing

my plant is growing after some difficulties with the food i gave it so i had to re-pot it and start it fresh....it seems to be growing tall but not really getting any more leaves. its about 6.5 inches tall...is it on the right track or is something wrong.

Boing !! Get your light/s closed to the plant, get some perlite for drainage, and dont nute for veg phase if your in potting soil. Hope this helps.

my floro is 3 inches away at all times and i have mexican bat guano for grow witch i havnt used yet cause im not really sure when to yet

Ok wait till your in the bloom stage before using your nutes, and start with a low dose.

Just keep that light right on it dude.

there is some serious stretching going on here lower ya lights and get a fan blowing on the plant ,this will strenthen the stem and help imitate natural conditions
as for nutes your perfectly ok to use nutes in the veg stage just not for atleast the first 3 weeks of the plants life
if you want to you can use superthrive all the way thru the grow right up till the end
this will help the plant too thru the 3 week period that your not giving nutes
