Smoking with a cold

My girlfriend and I have a real bad cold right now, stopped up nose, headach, fever, etc. Anyway, I'm wondering if smoking makes you feel better. Last night I smoked quit a bit and not only did it make my cold feel a lot better, but it also was one of the best highs I've had in a while. At the same time though it made my girlfriend feel a lot worst. I'm wondering how it effects everyone else. By the way, I had to use my bong so it wouldn't kill my already sore throat.

Well when I was sick I smoked out of a blunt. At first it was harsh on my throat because it was sore but when I got high I felt great. When I came down though I felt like shit again .

its a yes and no question. First off it depends whats wrong with you if you have a upset stomache i recomend weed it will cure it instantly if you have a runny nose and sore throat it can be kinda bad. As for my opinion on toking with a cold i say yes and no the first day of my cold i smoked a blunt and almost threw up the second day i smoked my bubbler and had a great high and forgot about being sick... so idk its good and bad ?

smoking with a cold kicks ass. the pain your throat has to cope with is more than worth it for the benefits:

-feeling better (while still stoned)
-having an excuse to pe around your parents totally WASTED since you can tell them you feel really dizzy, etc.

its a win-win situation!

Last time i had a cold/chest infection i smoked my regular amount a day and i was fine, infact after a week it had got rid of my chest infection and my cold.

I always toke with a cold/flu and if you've got one of those tickly coughs, ya know when you take the smallest hit and it cripples your lungs and makes you cough like noob try this:

Inhale through a damp towl, yes it will filter some of the THC, but if ya that desperate for a toke while ill, this is a tried n tested method. Also works for shitty harsh weed.
