Have you read the instructions on the back side? Not trying to be a smart ass but it's pretty self-explanatory. Personally, I never nute to full 100% with ANYTHING, so I wouldnt go the full strength, but for applications, it should say all on the reverse side. Maybe someone else will be able to help you more. Doing a search also helps.

Here's one quote from somone else's thread...there are a bunch more out there.

You know I am going to chime in for you and when it comes to Super Thrive I swear by it even though others swear at it.
Well, I use it when germinating seeds, 1 drop Per Gallon/PG, transplanting, 2 CC/ML PG, Cuttings, 1/2 CC/ML PG, same for misting clones, seedlings and veging plants. Don't use during Flower unless I do a late transplant.
I mix with my normal nutes, or just water and I usually PH all my water down into the low 6's and I grow in soil. Sometimes I will let the clones water be in a high PH of 6.8 or so.
    Hope this helps.
    Adieu

SuperThrive is a Vitamin B1 supplement, made from urea (piss) ... it is very good for ONE thing: rooting ... it does do a very good job of building a good root system, that is why it gets the reputation for 'stress relief', etc ... it does NOT influence sexing, as some claim (I have seen posts swearing that soaking a seed in Superthrive water will make it a female - bullshit) ... use it in the first stages of growth, and after a transplant, other than that, don't waste your time ... I have personally seen too much Superthrive KILL a plant, don't overdo it ... I grew very successfully for 40 years before I even heard of the stuff, and I am not very impressed with it ... :smokin:

Yeah I enjoy this site as well for the knowledge peaople hae is awsome. BLUE BEAR... Just curious about your Phing the water.

I am still not toally clear about this. If I grow in soil and My Ph is say for example 6.5PH, So the run off water in my soil is 6.5Ph with plain water. No Nuites this is what is is when I ran water though it before putting seed in the soil. Now I have a plant in the soil.

I want to water it correctly with some nutes as it is now for exmaple 4 weeks old) My water is Ph 7 SO if I add some nutes to my water it will bring it down. For example to lets say 5.5 or 6Ph..

SO becasue my water is lower Ph than my soil because I added Nutes. and My tap water is 7PH do I want to bring My water Up in PH to match my soil?
