damn man thats too bad, seriously though, if i could help i really would because you sound like a decent honest bloke, though not knowing where you live, having no way to get there and just being plain broke doesnt help with the situation, all i can suggest if your really stuck for it, is to go to your local headshop/bongshop and speak to the guys there, tell them what your problem is, and maybe if your lucky one of them will be able to hook you up with a little bit to keep you going, we did it before with one guy working at a headshop over here in england, and that was just to get stoned
also i thought you guys had clubs where people go to buy medical weed, i mean im sure ive seen threads on here saying things like 'look what those guys at so and so club sold me' i think you just need to find them, the weed there is very high standard and looks (from some of the pictures ive seen) like amazing weed.
lastly i was just wondering, if you have a medical card, why dont you grow your own? i mean, yeh it will be a long time from now until you get a harvest, but surely if you time it right, once you do harvest, you could just harvest another plant every month and could end up with enough weed to last you through without throwing up once, and its all legally done, as long as you dont sell it, you should be alrite to grow, i dunno, but those are my suggestions, whatever you do though good luck getting sum, ive got my fingers crossed for you...
