Will stress on seedlings affect male/female ratios later?
Hello,
A newbie hereI grow in a cupboard ( 2.5'x1.5'x5' ), using soil and 200w CFL (envirolite).
I started my second grow about 6 weeks ago. About two weeks in I had a 'situation' and had to move the seedlings to another location for a few weeks, where they only got natural light - mostly cloudy - which caused 'em to stretch a bit. There was also yellowing and shedding of lower leaves, in fact the older leaves died as quickly as new ones grew. Conditions were far from ideal in terms of temps and watering etc. but I had no choice.
They're back at home now (1 week ago) and after repotting have started good veg growth but I am now worried that the early stresses means I end up with mostly males. Is this likely?
