actually in DWC you can grow and maintain very well a mother, as a mother is always being trimmed it wont get too much foliage at all, especially in sea of green where alot of clones are needed. the same cannot be said for soil, where the grow will be slower, the roots will be controlled by the amont of soil it has to grow in and the amount of soil to extract the nutes , not so in hydro!

I'm new to hydro but I was wondering seeing as how people can grow monster trees with bubble buckets, is it economical to make bubble buckets for mothers?
