I've read that it's ok if you touch the seeds with your hands but after you need to pour some hyrdrogen peroxide on the paper towel where the seeds are. This gets rid of the bacteria not only on the paper towel but your hands too. Even if you dont touch it with your hand it just seems more sanitary anyways

I was told that u should try not to touch the seess with your finger...does this effect the seeds? Should they be warm while they are in the damp towels? if so at what temperature? Also should they be in the dark at this point? Any advice appreciated. Rating: 5
