them assuming that you drank lots of water to dilute narcotic metabolites is against the law. (see exception for parolees and special circumstances (military, law enforcement, etc.).
If they counted a dilute as a positive, you can sue them because they say you tested positive when no traces of narcotics were found. Absence of evidence does not = a conviction
