Funny thing last week. So I use to run Cross Country in high school. About 3-4 miles a day. I haven't run for about 5 years and have smoked a lot of trees in that time, drank a lot of alcohol, and dabbled here and there. I'm never really 'out of shape' but I don't lift or excersize. So I go to the gym with my friends last week (I went to waste time), and I end up running 4 miles straight on the treadmill. Go figure. This amazed me. I'll tell ya this tho, after I got off the treadmill, I was like floating and almost 'high' from this shock to my body. I never ran that well before smoking, so maybe it opens the lungs a little?!? lol, ya maybe.
