Quality of smoke is in the genetics, but it all depends on environment.

Plants grown well can yeild serveral oz per plant, but plants that are not cared for can yeild as little as 1 gram, or just die.

Obviously it won't be superior quality or grow as fast, but it would still be smokeable I assume.
