Well the T5s are doing great. I have tried the HPS and it raises the Temp drastically. So I am going to get a 265 cfl duct fan from HD to exhaust the heat and see if that helps. I was thinking of leaving 2 6500k lights in for flowering and use 2 other 3000k t5s with the HPS for flowering, as long as I can keep the temp down. If the weather is cold (40 dg) the temp seems to stay just right with HPS on, but have to have the fixture like 2' from the plants. I can get the whole fixture with in 3" of the plants with just T5s and the temp stays around 78 to 80. I think this was a great light to get and has versatility. Will keep you posted
MrPlatypus Reviewed by MrPlatypus on . Thoughts on this light system I found this grow light offered on a specialty lighting site. Wanted an experienced person thoughts. It's a full spectrum light that has 4-T5 fl with a 150 watt HPS all in the same fixture. This would be for a small cabinet. Maybe 5 sq feet of cabinet space. I was thinking I could use 2-6500k and 2-300k bulbs. http://www.specialty-lights.com/901490.html Rating: 5
