I didn't even start LST until flowering and the plants love it! :rasta:

not harmful at all, it just gets more light to more of the plant surfaces ... :smokin:

i LST from 3 weeks veg right into 3-4 weeks flower then release her she doesnt grow anymore after the 3rd or 4th week into flower you can then concentrate on giving the lower branches light
