    how close to the light?

how close should my 600 watt light be from my lovely budding sativa? currently on 7th week of flowering, also would 11 hours light and 13 hours dark be better for last few weeks of flowering?

    how close to the light?

Well, first thing I must ask is, "why are you just now asking about how far the light should be?" You are that far into flowering, you should know by now. That's an odd question at this time...do a search if you REALLY need to know that answer. There are a boatload of threads on this subject.

2nd, yes, the 11/13 should be fine.

Edit: To save you some search time, just in case you ARE serious...do the hand test. move the lights until they are above the canopy and your hand can sit there at the ssame level for at least a minute or two and be "comfortable."

Depends on venting, how hot is your grow, etc. I usually get my 600's within 4-6" when well into flowering. I never am further than 12".

    how close to the light?

    Hello Mr. Welsh,

it is Normal to strecth when you go from outside to inside... OUt door buds have much closer nodal growth.. the power of the sun can't be matched by a bulb.. so the plants stretch....

Keep the 600watt bulb as close as possible (without burning your foliage).. if you can have a fan blowing between your plants and the lights and have an exhaust fan drawing the heat away from your fixture/bulb.. you should be able to get that light 6 -10 inches from your foliage... this will give you huge buds.. equivelant to a 1000 watt HPS..

LIGHT PROXIMITY is one of the corner stones to being a GREAT indoor farmer...

    and NOW you KNOWM

PS - use both the 400watt and the 600watt
