there is no state law for cultivation of cannabis.unless you go way over 100 plants and then your federal.everyone i know that gets busted in texas gets possesion for weight.if its a considerable amount its a state jail felony.they can also throw stuff like commission of organized crime,a felony.its no cake walk and most decent grow-ops can run ya up to 30g's to stay out of jail if ya get busted.don't get busted.
