North Korea having nukes really isn't anything new. They've been considered a nuclear power for quite a while. This is just the first time they've actually tested one of their nukes. It's just Kim Jong Il sticking his tongue out at the rest of the world. I don't know what he's hoping to accomplish though. Since we already knew he had them it's not like it's suddenly going to change anything. Plus it's just alienating him even more from China. While China would be quite critical of any unprovoked action by the US against the DPRK, they'll be just as critical if Kim starts something. If he's not careful he's going to wind up facing the the US and PRC on the same team.Fengzi Reviewed by Fengzi on .
