y'all it's just beasters like people have said. I have seen comercial BC bud even wetter and more condensed than that(not by much). but yeah not drying your buds grown on a MASSIVE scale, = more weight, = more money, which is why the growers in canads don't dry out the 'beaster' shit all the way.
