Someone who wants to go to a party, and get high, who only has $5, would choose heroin over nothing. Heroin, generally speaking, is a bad choice to make in life. Meth, I don't know the prices of, but I'm pretty sure its cheaper than pot too. Perhaps the war on drugs cannot be won, perhaps we can't force every single person in society to go to work or school instead of altering their consciousness. But Rating: 5
