goth, i'm a hoosier too, fort wayne, (long gone but still a bred and born hoosier!) and i went thru a 'distressed mom' much of the time too. we fought and carried on something fierce and i was tossed out a few times too ("if you can't live by the rules then you go somewhere else and make your own") almost always over some stupid shit that escalated for whatever reason...it doesn't matter. people have bad days and they can be especially hard on those who live with the one having the bad day...the trick is not letting it escalate to the point where things get said that were never meant. it's tough, i know but most likely it's over some bullshit that just got carried away by its own force.
let it go man...buy some flowers and tell her you love her. you don't have to apolgize unless you feel it's necessary but a simple 'i love ya mom' and a hug will fix it...toss in a handful of flowers and i guarantee it! you know she didn't mean it so give her a break...forget about it and replace all those hate words with love and flowers.

I once got kicked out of the house in the middle of Feb., in -35degC weather. I deserved it though. They found me curled up in a ball on a bench, out cold, at 3am. If I would have stayed out all night, I probabky would have froze to death.
Anyways though, sounds like your mom is losing her memory a bit and doesn't really realize it. I'm sure she's not doing this on purpose, but maybe she's starting to get Alzheimers. Seems like a sign to me.
Who knows though, but you're 18, and it's time to start your own life. I suggest finding a place to live, getting full time work, and when you get on your feet and get some checks rolling in, maybe consider a student loan for college, or save up enough cash for college, but that can be hard paying rent and living.
Anywho, good luck to you, sorry your mom is going crazy.
But it's time to start life now.

IMO 16 is old enough to be taking care of yourself.
I started a window cleaning round at 14 and made enough at that and moved onto decorating those same homes now I've earned enough in the last 30 years to buy all of the ones I used to clean.
All because I believed in one thing ........ ME !

I give you much respect for that, but that was 30 years ago. This is a different world, and even a different country probably.

Gothen I feel for ya, I know you've been goin thru some shit and this definately doesn't help ya. If you got a place don't worry as much, just work on supporting yourself through college.
