I love organic nutes! There better for the enviroment, better for your herb and better for your body, but in a hydroponic application you should use organic nutes that have been processed for a resavior, using strictly bat guano might give you an unstable pH and won't have all the primary and micro nutrients you need

I was thinking about using bat guano as the only nutrient in my DWC system. it is an 18 gal rubbermaid housing 2 plants in 3" net pots filled with hydroton. I was planning on using the mexican bat guano for the veg stage (10-2-1) and then using either the jamaican (1-10-0.2) or the indonessian (0.5-12-0.2) Do you think this would work? It will certainly be a whole lot cheaper. I am thinking of doing it just as an experiment. Please jot down your opinion, for the first timer. Peace. Rating: 5
