eatin poppy seeds will confuse the test results. Also Golden Seal helps to clean out your system. I know, it worked for me.

i think eating poppy seeds just makes you test positive for opiates other than that i dont believe it confuses the test results. could be wrong though thats just what ive heard

Uhh, yeah, don't eat poppy seeds. Awhile ago on that old MTV show where they busted urban legends, this chick ate a poppy seed muffin and took a drug test, she came out positive for opiates. It was funny, they asked the guy "Would eating poppy seeds result in testing positive for opiates?" and the guy said no, but the dumbass was obviously wrong.
