very good article, the guy knows what he's talking about ... his explanation is the same reason I suspect our Medical Marijuana's laws to be thrown out very soon ... it is only my humble opinion, but I believe the conservative Republicans will sweep the November elections, and soon after, insist on Federal enforcement of the old marijuana laws ... I believe the Feds will lean on the state governments to rescind their MMJ laws, threatening to withhold Federal money for law enforcement, etc ... that is the same way they blackmailed the states to accept the 55mph speed limits years ago ... we need demonstrations in the streets when it happens, we can't sit on our asses, or we LOSE it all ... :smokin:
