#28 Thou shalt use no liquid other than water to fill the bong. Putting alcohol in the bong doesn't make you cool, it makes you an asshole. Alcohol not only tastes like shit but also absorbs thc, not the tar and shit like water does.! Man, some people that I know are so ignorant.

Don't let bong water sit in bong for days... you should poor it out when your done and use fresh water each time!
