i have a buddy thats a brown belt in juijitsu and a green belt in shotokan karate, hes shown me a few things, but i want to learn kung fu because it is a martial art that promotes speed, agility and flexibility, i believe it would be a good base for future learning. my friend's sensei told me after i learn a bit of kung fu i can train it against some of his beginning students in karate and after time step up to higher skilled opponents

MARTIAL ARTS i want to learn drunken monkey boxing kung fu, but theres no schools for it anywhere NEAR where i live and have to resort to books, any good ones anyone would suggest? i know people would say that learning kung fu from a book is not as effective as learning from an instructor but i find that if its written down i learn so much better because i can study it over and over again and commit it to memory much faster Rating: 5
