When I first started toking before working out, I was pretty nervous. You know how you think people are always looking at you in public? Try doing it in a gym where everyone thinks that everyone else is watching them. It took a few times but I learned to put on my earbuds on, keep my head down and eventually helped me to stay focused.

There is a certain mental edge that I seem to aquire when smoking and training or submission grappling. It's almost like tunnel vision and being innebriated allows me to break my mental boundy and therefor surpass my physical boundy. You dig?
