I got cought with 4 1/2 lbs of plant material....no buds just plants.... Is it as bad

Yeah, you'd think they only do you with the stuff thats smokeable, but if your caught, its all illegal, and its all the same to them.
How many plants did you have to have that much weight?
Thats more than your average grow.
