Im not really sure what kind of soil it is, ill find out.. Comming into my first grow i try not to be too ignorant about what i do, it is the dull side.. I put the foil in there after thinking aobut it for a aday or two, i didnt really want to use that but noticed how much more light was reflected with it up, so i left it.

So i need to water my plant with bottled water, should i wait untill the soil is dry before i flush it? what should be done about getting nitrogen into its system after its flushed?

ill be out later to get a ph tester, i know ive been needing to get one just havnt had much time on my hands..

Quick question I was wondering if anyone could answer my question, my plant is growing fine the only problem i can really see is that everytime it grows a new set of leaves the ones below it start to turn yellow and die.. it just keeps doing a cycle like that, growing bigger but leaves on the bottom keep dying.. i thought it might not be getting enough light so i added another (42w CFLs), its a small growing space, i also have some foil (dull side up) in there.. heres a pic.. any ideas why its doing that?
