    Early budding

My clones are only a week old in soil, they are on 18/6 - my first med grow.

But they are almost all showing signs of budding.. little hair things in the nodes :X

Is this ok, can anyone tell me if this is at all normal? They are very short- 5 inches maybe- but look like big plants, nodes are only 1 or 2 cm apart

Really thought I could veg these up to 14 inches :x

Might be the strain, or they could still be growing with minor signs of maturing. Possibly stunted growth?

Im just throwing out answers could ne1 actually agree with any of these?

    Early budding

I have had clones and moms that will flower even under 24 hours of light I try to stay away from strains like that they tend to have 3 fingered leaves something to look for. The problem with them is they have to much ruderallus in them with is an auto flower variety usally used for hemp some breeder have crossed with these with some long flowering sativas to get a plant that can take on both traites any ways white widow, ak 47, black domina are a few of the strains I have gotten that kind of shitty pheno. Anyways hope that didn't happen to you but thought I would put in my 2 cents.

your plants are simply showing their sex. They are obviously female since you got clones (unless you are receiving male clones) so the hairs coming out of the nodes is natural. Sometimes the hairs can get really large too (1/2 inch) but don't worry about it if you are running the proper light cycle.
