Figured id start a thread, 2nd grow ever..

first one ended in failure.. from what i now know was nute lockup, any first time growers out there getting ready to grow, get a PH tester this is critical, i just began to recover from this syndrom today, bigger pot new soil/peat moss, ph tester to realize the tap water here is running 7.3terrible, well ive got 5cfl's at 1600 lumens each, 4 daylight and one warm white, a one foot floro tube(daylight alto 870 lumens), a two foot floro tube(daylight alto dunno how much lumens),mylar, and an old air purifier ionizor exhaust fan, and one 75w hps ill stick in there when i 12/12, oh and they are bagseed prolly week 6, theyve dealt with major stress and hope they recover soon.. any comments or suggestions on what ive done with the space i have would be appreciated.

here's my ghetto veg box.. simple cardboard box lined with emergency blanket 3.00.... old pc fan costs nothing.. 1 cool white cfl 1600lumens 5.00 and one socket 2.00... and there u have it simple yet effective:stoned:

just an update... i put the 75w hps in about 4 days ago... also installed another fan to blow cool air in... its about 8 weeks old... switched to 12/12 tonight..hoping not to run out of space.. also ive got 1 other seed started in the veg box i just made.. i used the paper towel inbetween two small plates to germ.. it cracked open so i built a box and planted it.. hope to get one female atleast.. oh yah and thier bagseed

well day 57 in her life.. and day 2 of flower.. i couldent be any happier i lovely baby girl i have i cant evan believe the odds of this ive stressed this plant since day 3..lol constantly i still dunno, the ph of my water might still be off... i cant seem to shake the redness(as ull see in my pics) i dunno any help with this would be greatly appreciated.. could it just be a bad ph tester?? its a aquarium water tester.. i adjust to 6.3 from 7.3(tap water).. maby just bad miracle gro? i hear its bad news all around for mj plants.. anyway at least she's female!!
