The lights i have have are 2 20w flourescent tubes and 2 30w ones. Went to my local garden centre today and bought some bigger pots and new soil. Have just finished potting them and will add some photos later today when i can bothered. Cheers all and further guidance always appreciated......

These are my plants in they're new pots. Burried them slightly deeper and already looking a bit stronger. Fingers crossed.....

Just an update a week after repotting. Stretching again a bit and bottom leaves are yellow and wilting

would recommend that the next time you re-pot, mix in about 25% vermiculite. This will provide better draining, and a more aerated soil.

Time is about right for the seedling leaves and the first real set to be dying off, so no cause for concern there.

Yes always add perlite to the soil if possible...

just some pics to show how they are going. Light is now about 16 hours a day. Few dead or dying/yellow leaves.

You can only tell sex around 2 weeks after switching your lights to 12/12 and about the dying leaves have you feed your plants yet? If not they are probably hunger and that could be why leaves are yellowing.
