AND IVE GOT A PROBLEM WITH IT...

ITS A LONG STORY... I LIVE IN MEXICO CITY... IN AN APARTMENT IN THE CITY CENTER SO I DECIDED TO EXPERIMENT HOW THE PLANT A PLANT WILL GROW WITH MINIMUN ATTENTION AND INVESTMENT.
AMAZINGLY THE PLANT GREW PRETTY WELL. IT IS 7 MONTHS OLD, IT HAS RECEIVED APROX. 8 HOURS OF LIGHT EACH DAY, I WATER IT 3 TIMES A WEEK. WHAT U MOST UNDERSTAND IS THAT THIS AINT NO HYBRID OR ANYKIND OF WEED U NORMALLY GROW OR CONSUME. IT IS A PURE Sativa BROUGHT FROM THE MEXICAN COAST SO ITS GROWING CYCLE IS SLOWER. IT IS BEGGINING TO FLOWER, FINALLY. THE PROBLEM IS THAT A STRANGE PLAGUE OF LITTLE WHITE INSECTS THAT ARE LIKE GLUED TO THE STEM JUST WERE THE FLOWERS ARE BLOOMING ARE DAMAGING THE FOLIAGE SUM, WHEN I KILL THEM THEY LIVE A STRANGE WHITE POWDER BEHIND, TO THIS I RECENTLY USED A FERTILIZER 20-20-20 THAT HAS INTOXICATED THE PLANT. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO.... ANY SUGGESTIONS? ITS URGENT, the plant is slowly becoming weaker and weaker... and im afraid it is going to die soon.... pics annexed

That is not a healthy looking plant my friend. For starters dont give it any more nutes, get some proper nutrients, if its flowering you want nutrients with a low N, and higher P and K ratios. It contains all the main pests cannabis can encounter and some tips on how to identify them and get rid of them. Find a growshop in the city that sells insecticides for use with cannabis plants, but you will want to do that before the plant starts to flower heavily.

Some tips for keeping bugs and pests to a minimum, grow indoors, keep a clean grow space, use new soil and keep animals away from plants. I guess the fact that you live in one of the most polluted megacities in the world doesnt help either. No disrespect intended but plants need breathable air too right! Peace
