Global warming, AIDS, poverty, starvation, war, these are all things that at first, seem impossible to solve, but when you realise how far humanity has come since we first came together to create societies, you realise there is nothing we can't do if we fully commit our minds, willpower and endurance to it.

Actually all of those thing, i.e. global warming, war etc., i think are all because of how far humanity has come since we first came together. Everybody wanting power and control.
