lol metallica stole all dave mustaines riffs for their first 2 albums. plus they had cliff (RIP) so they thought they were the shit, which they WERE because of cliff burton and dave mustaine. James Hetfield is a good riff writer though.

Ok, so yesterday I'm at one of my friends house and were getting stoned and screwing around and shit and he decides to put on some Tool. Now, when I say I like Tool, I mean I like the 4-5 songs of theirs that I've heard. He put on Aenima and before he even put the cd in I was obsessed with the unbelievable case it came in. I thought the whole thing was really creative. So he puts in the cd and HOLY SHIT. I felt like I had taken Satans acid. We were just jumping around in some kind of possesed state. They're very similiar to Phish except Phish is kind of like the light to Tools darkness. It was insane. I'm now addicted to Tool. I just went out and spent like 30 bucks on all of their cd's.
