Just because I seem to be stumbling on my first attempt, my next try will be with some freebie TroubleMaker seeds, till I get this indoor thang down.
I water mine more than once a day. Only because they are seedlings with very small root systems and in very small pots. I believe they dry out inbetween the waterings. I dont think it is over watering.

also, i think mine have stoped growing in the last few days too

I have mixed a 1:1 ratio with perlite as you can see. I asked you about a week ago if seeding would be alright in this and you agreed because you used it yourself. (I??m not blaming you as I had planted them b4 I asked) This looks to me light nute burn. It initially showed on the embryonic leafs and has moved onto the true leafs on two plants.
