I Got Busted

Wow....this was gay..i was asleep and all i know is my fucking door is knocked down and im grabbed and cuffed and hauled off.. just for a couple of seedlings.. it scared the shit out of me.. fucking cops ransacked my home..busted my door down while i was fucking sleeping.. took my seedlings and ..wow.. they took me to the police station just to be held for a few hours.. then got released on 1k bail.. court date 20th.. any clue what i might be charged with? i mean they where only a couple of seedlings..

This is exactly what happend
At 2:34 i awoke to my room door being smashed down and about 5-10 cops rushing in and tackleing me while im still in bed and cuffing me.. As they dragged me out of my room the cops went through everything in my room..as they dragging me through the house to the door i see the cops tearing up everything..cutting cushions and ripping through pillows.. i ask wtf is going on they ignore me.. they put me outside in a van and go back up into my room.. about an hour later i am taken to the police station with my 5 seedlings in thier pot... in thier hands.. they throw me into a holding cell and for about 2 hours i sat on a freezeing stone bench waiting...then they came in grabbed me and took me into a small room with a guy asking all sorts of questions like where did i get the seedlings/seeds and what i was going to do with it.....then after they got my prints and after about an hour or so in the holding cell i make bail.. i am free untill 20th of october on the court date...im flippin out.. i dont know how the cops found out bout my shit.. but im freaking

yes it does...i still think they used over exxessive force on this one.. but still... that will scar me for life..

Did they present you with a search warrent? This sounds quite illegal! If you were ratted out they would still need a search warrent to enter your home. Do you live with your parents? Did they call the police? Or a roommate. What I am getting at, is, did someone you live with let them in?

Never put them on the window seal.. never left my door open.. live with rents.. (Sadly my rents are my parents, They live w/ me in MY house).. They did have a search warrent.. it wasnt my rents/parents that called..all i know is everyone was asleep when it happend.. and they broke my rents door down too..
