Broke vapor bros?

Hey anyone remeber me? anyways i broke my vape about 3-4 weeks ago and i sent it out 2 wednsdays ago, i called on monday to check and see if it had been shipped back out and all the lady said was its going to be repaired pretty shitty service, i plan on trying to call tomrw to see wtf is up because they said 1-2 weeks and im in washington there in cali it didnt take no fucking week to get down there.
ok so to my question anyone else broke their vapor bros, sent it, and got it back? if so how long did it take?
any info appriciated thanks!!!

I don't know the answer to your question...all I know is that my friends dad was like co creator/owner or something of Vapor Bros and I have a free vape...it's sweet, but I broke the whip...so I need to buy a new one.

ours broke too, then the customer service was stupid and said they wouldn't repair it without a receipt, what stoner gets a receipt from a headshop then actually keeps it? not that we got one anyway

once again they had trouble finding it, currently on hold so they can find it.... doo-doo-doo-dooooooooogoddamnitihatewaitingstupidmotherfuckers dont even have music.
oh great they just took my number because they cant find it, wtf it was confirmed on monday, god this is the fucking worse service ever. and now if the chick cant find by it today someone will call me monday, god i hate this shit.
