you have the lid of the bottle where the bowl will be then fill the bottle up with water and let the water fall out with a hole at the bottom of the bottle. while holding down the flame to the bowl and the water will do the rest

Also, if you want to make a waterfall bong that also filters, get a realllly long stem. And then you just have this beautiful chamber of portable filtered smoke.
You know what would be cool?
For a party or something, get a couple ounces of weed, some helium and some whippets.... Fill a shitload of balloons up with all three...
Then turn on the strobe and electronica...
