My new lights, Opinion Needed! As you can see I have made reflectors for my two side bulbs and need to kno what you the people of cannabis.com think about them The only problem I see with them is that there is basically no space between the can and the bulb. Will I be losing Lumens or gaining Lumens from these, and since they are so close will this some how cause problems? JEFFAR420 Reviewed by JEFFAR420 on . My new lights, Opinion Needed! Alright I just went to the hardware store to pick up lights for my first one plant grow. Just a little detail, There going into a grow spot of 31" H x 16" W x 10" D I bought 3 23 watt mini soft white CFL's ( 1600 Lumens, 2700K) Will this be a problem because one, i was looking for 30 watts. and secondly, i didnt realize they were "mini soft white" i was looking for daylight. Will this be a problem for vegging? For flowering I bought 2 40 watt Soft white CFL's with 2600 Lumens and 2700 Rating: 5 Chillin like a villain

I'v overcome my old problems and am facing new ones now.. I need your opinions please So heres the argument..

I am being told that I shouldn't be using this light fixture because It requires a ground wire (the green one) which I took off from the begginging but I can always put it back on if necessary.. What happens if I leave it off and If i must put it back on could someone help me do it, with some easy steps

Can someone please give some feedback this time?

My new lights, Opinion Needed!Yeah, Im only growin 1 in there. But as you can see Bugs would be able to get in there easily with the door open. Which I definetly don't want.. While I vacumed the room I saw a very scary centipede so I sucked him up and its kind of creeped me out lol.. I hate those things, there so fast and crawly.

My new lights, Opinion Needed!cut a hole in the top and put screening around it, since heat rises this will let it escape. if you are concerned about your bulb emitting to much heat i would have a fan blowing up towards it with the holes on top. make shure you make one big hole that you can cover instead of a bunch of small ones, my bad.
