well yeah for sure because while you prepare to take a drug your body does certain things which affect how the drug behaves, metabolises and stuff. Like some people get kinda edgy(me) most time right before i do something i know i shouldnt be doing, but right after i start smoking, it makes me feel good instantly because i associate that smoking action as removing stress, so i perceive weed as instantly soothing and stress releasing yet it's really my body doing it. Also to you get affected differentyl easily if you are like, man this shit is fucking shwagg this won't get me high at all, even if it's like say good mid, you will get less high than normal. But if you're like man this is dumb dank ass kb even if it's just mids you will get higher.
