Harvest report
Folks, 'just thought I'd let y'all know that I've done my outdoor harvest for this year. I had five 9 foot Cinderella 99's on the go. I started chopping on Sept 30th. and finished today, a total of 25 hours solid work, what with chopping the branches, cutting the fan and larger leaves away, and trimming with an Aardvark (everybody should have one of these; a terrific trimming tool but not cheap). I now have 36 sq. feet of hanging branches in a dark room at 19 deg. C. with a small circulation fan running constantly. AND, folks, I have a golfball size chunk of finger hash !!! The 5 plants yielded about 30 large colas, each about one foot long and about 4 inches wide, plus a shitload of single flowers, which, BTW, give me the most work. Of course when they dry their size will be much reduced but I figure on easily 2 kilos of pure dried bud. Sorry I didn't post any pics, but once the goods are dry and jarred then I will post a nice photo or two. Ah the pleasure of having it done, the hard work finished, no more stress for this year, and some excellent bud to look forward to. But first I'll start with the black sticky stuff....yummy !
Good luck to all who are presently harvesting !houdini Reviewed by houdini on . Harvest report Folks, 'just thought I'd let y'all know that I've done my outdoor harvest for this year. Harvest report
I've already sampled all of the five plants 2 weeks ago, plus I've grown C99 for 5 years now. I can tell you you can't go wrong with this strain. The high is excellent; 3 tokes and you're buzzing. The smoke is smooth - no long coughing episodes. C99 also clones very well. The only negative with this strain is its susceptibility to mold. I lost about 10% due to this. BTW I'm using the original C99 seeds crossbred to produce F1's. Oh, one last thing : The smell is virtually zero from C99 compared to other strains. Big bonus. I've walked past drug dogs with several joints on my person and the critters just looked bored.
