Need a little more info to help you out properly. What is the pH of the water? what is the temperature of the water? Your nutrients don't seem strong enough to induce that type of plant damage so I am thinking it is pH related. I could be wrong.

You mention that it is only affecting one of 5 plants so I think it might not be nute burn but rather root rot or something simlar on that plant only. Check roots for slimy brown type stuff. They should be relatively white with minimal browning and NO black.

ok seems that ya might have a little root problem!
what else dya have in the medium rooted into rock wool! or what!
try moving the dripper slightly to the side, and hit the plant with some mineral magic, this will rid any root rot etc it may have, although if the same sollution is used it will go to the rest of the plants,
as you have the other plants looking good! it has to be at the root of this one!
sometimes when the flow of a dripper is too high, and too close to the plant it can have the effect of drowning the roots and killing them off!

    good luck

i started the seeds in 1inch rockwool which seemed like a good idea getting them started but then i realized i was putting them into vitrually nothing the grow rocks dont hold anything while the rockwool soaks up water, at the top of each plant is a 1 inch surounding of rockwool but i didnt think it was enough to rot the roots cuase its only an inch of the root but then again its also the very top of the roots, maybe ill put the dripped off to the side.
