I use Super Thrive in veg and it helps develop a strong root system and healthy roots equals better nutriant flow to the plant. I use about 1/2 CC/ML per gallon every feeding. I also use it for misting plants, they seem to like it enough.
Durring transplanting or cutting I use a little more, helps when plant is under stress. It is not ment to use with MJ in flowering though.
